I began getting involved and excited about comedy when I did improv in Calgary, Alberta. For those who don't know what improv is, it's a form of theatre in which most or all of the performance is unscripted, thus being improvised and scripted in the moment. I think I work best in this format, and love to challenge myself with witty, hysterical skits in a group of likeminded thinkers...AKA weird funny people. This was likely some of the most fun I've ever had, and I haven't done enough of it lately. Ever wonder why when you were younger you did more of the things that were your passions, and now you do more things because of obligations of being an adult? Me too. I like to change that whenever I'm able.
